Delivery Options

 

Store Pickup

Store Pick is available from our Ashford, Chatham and Sheerness branches. Orders can be collection from your chosen store 7 days a week, from 9am – 5:30pm (during store opening hours).

Order ready early? Excellent! We will give you a call as soon as your order is ready for collection, so you can have your new items as soon as possible. When collecting your order please bring with you a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase. Visit Us to find your nearest store and opening hours.

Local Delivery
Local Delivery is available across Kent and the South East. Delivery times are scheduled for the day of delivery from 9am – 6pm and you will receive a text message the day before your delivery date to give you an estimated 2-hour time slot.  Please ensure you have a copy of your invoice present at the time of delivery as it may be requested by our Delivery Team.
 
UK Shipping
Don’t live in the South East? No problem. Our UK Shipping option is our nationwide delivery service. To ensure the safe transportation and delivery of your goods, this delivery option is via a pallet service. Our Delivery Team will deliver your items to curb side or the nearest access available, all we ask is that you ensure there is sufficient space for a the pallet to be taken to the nearest curb side. UK Shipping deliveries are made by an 18 tonne lorry, please be sure to let us know if there are any vehicle restrictions. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to deliver your goods and may incure a re-delivery charge. All packaging, including the pallet will be left with the customer. Pallets can be recycled locally, or make great benches, herb gardens or pet beds! 

 
 
Assembly
Easy, peasy! The vast majority of our furniture is already fully assembled! For ease of transportation and to avoid damage some items do require minimal self-assembly, such as drawer handles and table legs. We also offer an assembly service for a completely stress-free experience. Please contact a member of our team on 01233 633928 to arrange. Please note, this service is available on Local Delivery only.
 
Not Going To Be Home?
To ensure your new items reach you successfully our Delivery Team is unable to leave any items unattended. We want to make sure you are completely happy with your new items so ask that they are checked and signed for upon delivery.
 
If you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your goods on the confirmed delivery date, please let us know as soon as possible on preferably no less than 2 working days prior to the original delivery date on 01233 633928 so that another date can be booked. Please be aware that fees may apply for redelivery, cancellations or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
 
Time Of Delivery
Please be advised that delivery times are only an estimate and although every effort is made to keep to these times, events out of our control can sometimes occur and cause delays. If a delay occurs that will significantly affect your estimated delivery time slot a member of our customer service team will contact you directly. Deliveries at other times are possible, please contact us on 01233 633928 as soon as possible if your scheduled delivery time doesn’t work for you.
